Dr. Sally Mabrouk is the Director of the Office of the Director General of ICESCO, Head of Digital transformation department and supervisor of the Strategy and innovation sector. Prior to that, Dr. Sally was an adviser of Quality & Excellence in the Central Bank of UAE.
Dr. Sally was a personal & organizational development consultant in the educational, private and public sectors with over 20 years of experience. She is a specialist in the area of leadership development and organizational alignment with strategy, values and vision. Dr. Sally has an outstanding background in Psychology and Culture Management, which she can efficiently apply to recruitment, diversity planning, inclusion strategies, employee engagement, talent management, and culture alignment that enable organizations to be an excellent work environment.
Previously, Dr. Sally has acquired a very solid experience in executive management at reputed multicultural universities that contain more than 70 nationalities. Her areas of expertise in this field include enrollment management, national/ international academic accreditation, student learning outcomes, student recruitment, admission, CRM, student retention, student development, career advising, internship, alumni services, fundraising, community engagement, student-centered learning, vibrant campus life, lifelong learning, co-curricular and extra-curricular education.
Furthermore, she coordinated and managed many international competitions, mega events, international conferences and culture exchange programs in many countries such as: France, UK, Italy, Singapore, China, USA, and Egypt.
Dr. Sally has been lecturing a variety of subjects including culture management, multiculturalism, international relations, international management, effective leadership, action learning, organizational behavior, organizational psychology, entrepreneurship and Innovation in various colleges such as: Engineering, Law, Hospitality, Commerce, Arts and Education
